I liked that you have everything right on the premises or very near. 7 min walk from the beach. The multitude of outdoor pools was great as it gave people with and without kids options. The pool for kids was the best Ive seen. The room was very spacious, and the single bed in addition to the queen one came quite in handy. It is a huge hotel so prepare to walk a bit to get to the elevators. The spa facilities were my absolute favorite, with the spa treatments getting a 5/5 from me.

This was our third year in Flamingo Grand Hotel and we had a great time again. The hotel is cleanly and orderly, it has plenty of facilities to accommodate even days when it's not possible to get to the seaside by providing the spa option, and the outdoor pools. The staff is very helpful and supportive. We only had breakfast from the available meals and those were amazing - a rich buffet to choose from, always fresh food. I would strongly recommend a stay at the hotel.

The pools are great as there are a few to choose from. Food was good with a good variety and the menus changes so dont get bored if stay is no more than a week. Rooms spacious and comfortable, the big bath tub is very nice for family baths :)

Even though we visited the hotel off-season, in May, it was a good getaway for a couple of nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so I would consider them the greatest asset of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, enough for a baby to crawl around. The spa area is prertty small for such a large hotel, however, there was only one other person there at the time we went. If the weather was better we would have definetely visited the beautiful beach.

Spacious and luxurious rooms, great food, room service and spa center. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The garden with the hotel pools is very beautiful too. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby ( cape Kaliakra for example ) and the beach at Albena is one of the best on the Black Sea coast. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent the Easter holiday on May 24 here. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was amazing, with every day something different, lots of options, very tasty, and my favorite thing is that each evening you can get fresh fish grilled on the spot. The hotel is big and clean. Inside pool and saunas were also clean. They also have an animation team for kids, which was super nice and engaging for the little ones.
